Management
I was given the opportunity on Neverwinter to help manage the content team beneath our lead designer.
I was the content point person for all of Neverwinter, meaning if anyone had a question or concern about content, they would come to me first.
I helped production schedule the team's tasks, kept track of where the team was, helped other designers where necessary, and worked to mentor other designers in areas that they needed support in.
I also made myself available if other departments needed support, or if issues arose outside of the main project's focus, whether it was issues on live servers or pushing a new release for X-Box One.
I worked closely with our leads to interact with our IP Holders, Wizards of the Sword Coast (WOTC) to ensure that our vision of Neverwinter matched with the DnD brand and corrected an issues that came up.
